Heath Bar Ice Cream

Heath bar are by fan my favorite candy bar! By adding them into ice cream makes heaven in a bowl! Things you need: 4 Heath Bars 2 cups of cream 1 cup of milk 3/4 cup of sugar 2 t vanilla 1 ice cream machine.

Step 1: The Mixture

Whisk eggs till fluffy. Add sugar and mix for 2 min add cream and milk and vanilla. Stir.

Step 2: Heath Bars

Chop up the Heath bars into 1/2 inch sections and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Step 3: The Freezing

Put cream mixture in ice cream machine and let mix for 20 min. Add the Heath bars and continue mixing for 2 more min. Take out and freeze over night. Enjoy!

I may be missing something but I have the feeling that any ice cream recipe that calls for eggs should be cooked.
