Intro: Helpful for Arthritis Pain and Overall Health

Disolve 1 Tbsp of honey and 1 Tbsp of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar into a cup of hot water.  Stir well and drink.
Do this one or two times a day to help with arthritis pain and several other minor health issues.
