Make tender, moist salmon with crisp herb and garlic crust. This salmon dish pairs beautifully with potato gratin!

Ingredients:

Salmon fillet - 250-300 grams

Bread crumbs - 25 grams

Butter - 20 grams

Garlic - 1 clove

Chopped Parsley - 15 grams

Salt - ¼ teaspoon

Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Chopped almonds - 1 tsp (optional)

Step 1:

Place 20 grams of soft butter in a bowl. Add a crushed clove of garlic, 15 grams of chopped parsley , 25 grams of bread crumbs. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Optionally, add a teaspoon of chopped almonds. Mix well.

Step 2:

Place a serving of salmon fillet (of about 250-300 grams) on a lightly oiled parchment paper lined baking dish, skin side down. Top the fish fillet with the herb & crumb mixture, pressing gently.

Step 3:

Bake at 200 ° C for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillet, until the fish flakes easily with a fork, or to desired doneness. Serve this delicious crusted salmon with potato gratin or with homemade pasta.
