Introduction: Hershey Kiss Cookies
If you want to make one of the best cookies ever, then you have come to the right instructable! These cookies are truly a classic in the art of cookie making. My mom and I always make these near Christmas. I hope you enjoy.

I didn't make them peanut butter flavor, and instead just used a simple sugar cookie recipe from the store bought kind. The instruction for cook times are exactly the same. I use the same amount of dough, 1 tbsp, roll it in sugar and back at 375 for 8 mins, the cookies are flat and burnt, and it doesn't look right when you add the kiss. It is supposed to look like a round less flat cookie, and the kiss is nestled inside the dough. What I get, are flat burnt cookies with a kiss on top. Could it possibly be the sheet I am using? It is a round, light metal cookie sheet, I guess it is a cookie sheet. Should I change the temperature? I need some advice!
