Introduction: High Energy Trail Mix
High Energy Trail Mix
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried bananas
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mixed nuts (I make my own mix cashew heavy)
1 cup granola (use your own or your fave store bought)
Directions
Combine the fruit, nuts and granola in a large bowl. To store trail mix, place in an airtight glass container. Keep container in a cool dry place for up to 1 month. You should of course feel free to modify for your tastes and needs.

Not as of yet. A digital camera is on my wishlist with several other small electronics. I plan to update the images on all my 'ibles when I can.
