Introduction: Hiking/Survival Lanyard
Simple little lanyard that I ware when hiking, made of 550 paracord.
Contains:
1. Survival whistle (whistle, compass, thermometer, LED flashlight, magnifying glass, and signal mirror)
2. Magnesium and flint
3. lighter
4. Folding knife on quick release
5. Altoids Smalls mini kit (held by silicone case for Purell bottle. (holds band aids, alcohol wipes, moist towelettes, sewing kit)

I like how creative this lanyard is! I plan on making a survival lanyard myself next month. I keep my Altoids tin on me for EDC and survival purposes (If you wanna see it I've uploaded it onto this site). Great job!

Ive got that same knife in my pocket right know! I find it wont hold an edge though.

That "peanut" type lighter seems like a cheap model with a plastic connecter there a better ones on countycomm.com for about $12 that are very high quality. (PS I also keep a few spare flints in mine, probably a good idea.)

The peanut light was purchased because it has a flat bottom. all of the other ones I've seen have a rounded one.

Plus the top has been epoxied into place, not going anywhere.
