Introduction: Holiday Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks
My friend made these chocolate covered pretzel sticks in about 10 minutes during a holiday crafting party and they were really tasty. They were so easy to make and so tasty to eat, I thought I'd post a slide show about it.
The first step is to heat some semisweet chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Then, dredge the pretzel sticks through the chocolate.
Sprinkle some sprinkles on the top, set them aside to cool and then enjoy!

My husband is making a choco covered pretzel holder this very moment so I can make some of these tonight :) He is drilling holes in a new 2x4 to hold the pretzels after they are dipped so there are no flat spots on the chocolate.

Hello Aimeers,
Great Invention! I'd like to know if your hubby will be selling his 2 x 4 pretzel holders? I'd love to make some chocolate covered pretzels but hate the thought of them being flat from lying down.
Thanks much!

Forget the double boiler!! I melt my chocolates in the microwave!!
Usually they melt in about 2 minutes but to be sure you can test them about every 45 seconds in case your microwave is a higher wattage...
So good and fast... White Chocolate is delicious too!! They have pretzels in a lot of different shapes...
For a baby shower, tie two reg pretzels covered with white chocolate with either a pink or blue ribbon together... They are so cute displayed on a nice platter. You can put blue or pink sprinkles on them too.... These are the fastest Holiday Gift I think you can make and it looks so GOOD!!

these were excellent, I made some for a Christmas party using white chocolate and then rolling them in crushed peppermint candies, very good.

You should make an Instructable on how to melt chocolate. I know, with some of my past experiences of putting a Hershey bar on the stove didn't work very well. The sugar crystals start to come out, and the quality of the chocolate was poor.

Did you use a double boiler set-up (a large pot about 1/4 filled with water with a smaller pan that "floats" inside of it which holds the chocolate)?

Yes my friend did. She put a stainless steel mixing bowl on top of a pot of boiling water and it melted real fast.

Sorry for the confusion, I was actually asking Brennn10 (I figured you already knew how to do it) :)
