Introduction: Holiday Pom-Pom Wreath

About: We love k'nex, 3d printing, electronics, painting and all sorts of other cool things.

This beautiful wreath is very easy to make and a perfect Christmas decoration. It is also a good way to use up small scraps of yarn, as you can make multicolored pom-poms.

Supplies

To make this, you will need:

Yarn in red, green, and white

Scissors

Medium pom-poms (store bought)

Pom pom makers (you can use store bought, 3d printed, or even cardboard)

Ribbon and tulle for the bow (optional)

Hot or regular glue

Cardboard (a clean pizza box is perfect)

Step 1: The Base

Cut out a cardboard ring. The width between the outside edge and the hole should be about 4". (More if your wreath is bigger.)

Step 2: Pom-Poms

Make a bunch of pom-poms in different colors, sizes, and patterns.

Step 3: Assembly

Glue the pom-poms so that they cover the ring. Use the smaller ones in the middle and the bigger ones on the outside.

Use the store bought pom-poms to fill in holes.

Step 4: The Bow

If desired, make a bow out of ribbon and tulle. (or anything else that you want to make a bow out of) If you don't want a bow, skip this step.

Glue it to the wreath. Then hang it somewhere. It is not a very good outside wreath, because if it rains or snows, the cardboard will fall apart.

You can make this a wreath for any occasion! Just change the color of the yarn!
