Intro: Home Automation:the Thing to Get Blown Away By
You might think I should have put this in the arduino section but this blog isn't just by arduino but about LEDs.strip lights,Mac,relay and many innumerable thing I can't count which are yet to come in the future.so read on to get your mind blown away. I 3D printed the case for every arduino and also 3D printed the custom cases for the relay shield and the lcd and so on.the colours matched perfectly and they were perfectly embedded in the wall.
STEP 1: Firstly, the Heart of the Program
Everyone knows what an arduino is but very few people know what it can do. Arduino in not only a program executioner but also something I used in home automation.read on about the peripherals
STEP 2: Now Let's Get on the Minions A.k.a the Loads or Peripherals
In my home automised room connected to the five arduino said embedded in the walls are LEDs.strip lights.lcd screens.the "Mac" itself and of course a switch to turn it all off. I used the laser cutter for precisely cutting the extra pieces of wood which turned out to be perfect.
STEP 3: Now Let Me Tell You How My Room Looks Like
Entering the room anybody would feel normal but when you come in the motion sensing distance. All the lights come up.you sit on the seat the strip lights turn on and then the lcd screen .it says" hi arduino777 ,how are you ".while sleeping my iPhone controls everything .my gooqii watch tells me of my sleep through the lcd and when I sleep the next day it tells me for better postures while sleeping.not surprised yet, have a look at my projects.
STEP 4: Let's Get to the LED First
I used an 8w LED.you can use any LED but I does not matter as every LED uses 12v. Every LED has a 12v adapter on it.connect the LED with the relay shield as you would connect a switch.the source should be a 140v or 110v wall socket .for the arduino code you could use a blink program or complex ones such as the PIR motion sensor.the socket was laser cut too as I had an outlet but not the required space for a switch.
STEP 5: The Strip Lights
See my YouTube channel for introduction to strip lights : "The all channel"
Or
You can use a relay to connect the single colour led strip to arduino
Or
You can use a relay to connect the single colour led strip to arduino
STEP 6: A Word of Advice
Please try some projects for arduino so that you can get better ideas.you may also require a bit of practise with the 3D printer and its software.

An interesting start!
I'd like to see your 3d printed enclosures and how wired everything up for "home automation".

I have edited the instruct able .how do you like it now.simple yet elegant, right?

There is no actual instructable here, just a list of what you did.

hold tight for part 2

You should ensure that is at the end of this part then, people on here will flag it as incomplete and report it. Just a heads up :)
