Home Brewery to Micro Brewery

Hello,

My idea is to turn my home brewery into a micro brewery.  With the money from the contest I will be able to purchase the larger fermentation tanks, brewing pots, burners, etc.  I already have a location to brew in my neighbors restaurant.  My plan is to start small brewing brew for his restaurant until I am able to get my brand known.  Once I have established my brand I would then move into a building down the street.  At this point I will also expand my business to also include a brew it yourself, where people can come in and brew there own recipes.  The whole point is to start small and continue to build my brand and capacity while keeping the quality of my beer at the highest level.
