Looks really tasty. What kind of Cheese did you use?

I'd try Ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, Mozzarella.... or all of those!

Maybe a little less cream if I use Ricotta.

I have to try it with Rigatoni. That's my favorite pasta. Probably this weekend when my sister comes over......

I cant wait to see what you post next!

Hi rjkorn.. I just used a cheddar cheese because that what I have here in my kitchen. =D But maybe it is indeed more delicious if I use the cheeses you stated. =)

oooh, with Cheddar and ground beef instead of chicken then its a bacon cheeseburger pasta that sounds even better.....

I got chicken, I got bacon, I got pasta. I may have dinner. This is an interesting combination of ingredients but I like all of them. I think I will give it a try this week! Thanks!

Oh! This recipe sounds good! Bacon & onion in marinara sauce is called Al'Amatriziana. You've taken a few steps further with the addition of chicken and cream! I can't wait to try this! Thanks for the great instructable! NOMS!
