Introduction: Homemade Apple Juice
This instruct able is about making homemade apple juice from one Apple. Even though you can't get a lot it is still very delicious!
Step 1: Materials and Ingredients
-One Apple
-A Knife
-A Food Processor
-A Spoon
-A Bowl
-A Garlic Press
-2 Cups
-A Strainer
Step 2: Cut the Apple in Halves
Don't worry about peeling or taking out the seeds. All you need to do is cut the apple into 2 halves.
Step 3: Put the Apple Halves in the Food Processor
Very simple, just place the apples in the food processor.
Step 4: Grind the Apples
Turn on the food processor and grind the apple halves up.
Step 5: Scrape the Apple Bits Onto the Bottom of the Food Processor
The apple bits will stick to the edge of the food processor so you need to scrape them of the edge. Then you will grind the apples again
Step 6: Repeat Step 5
Keep repeating step 5 multiple times until you get a mushy pulp. (Sorry but I have no photo)
Step 7: Scrape the Pulp Into the Bowl
The title sums this step up.
Step 8: Scoop a Small Amount of the Pulp From the Bowl
Scoop a reasonable amount of the mushy pulp but just enough to fit into the garlic press.
Step 9: Put the Pulp on the Spoon in the Garlic Press
The title says it all.
Step 10: Squeeze the Apple Pulp Into the Cup
When you squeeze the press not just will juice come out put also the pulp. Don't worry about pulp coming out, we'll deal with it later. This step helps get the juice out of the pulp.
Step 11: Dump the Juice Pulp Mix Into the Strainer
When you dump the pulpy juicy mix into the strainer quickly put the strainer over the used cup (not the clean one).
Step 12: Press the Juice Pulp Mix Into the Cup With the Spoon
All you have to do is what the title says. Unfortunately, you only get a little bit of juice.
Step 13: Poor the Juice Into the Clean Cup
Poor the juice into the clean cup so your are only drinking the juice and not any remaining pulp. And your done! From an apple to juice!

Great instrutable!! That is a whole lotta work for a small glass of cider. But your right it is delicious. You might be able to skip one step if you used some cheese cloth in your garlic press. That way you won't have to strain out the pulp. Keep drinking cider

I've always been kinda sad at the small amount of juice that comes from one apple.
