Introduction: Homemade Hummus
Hummus is absolutely delicious, has been shared between friends for millennia and is a fantastic source of protein for vegans! Whether used as a dip or sauce, hummus is versatile, flavourful and very simple to make at home.
You Will Need:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Tahini -- Easy Tahini
1 can Chick Peas (not strained, use the water)
1 Lemon
3-6 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
pinch Sea Salt
Step 1: Grate 'n Squeeze
Mince or grate 3-6 cloves of garlic and juice one lemon, remove the seeds but not the pulp.
Step 2: Blend
Pour all of your ingredients into the blender and blend on high until smooth.

1 can Chick Peas (not strained, use the water)

3-6 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
pinch Sea Salt
Step 3: Pour & Serve
Pour your hummus into a tupperware container or jar, etc.
Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables for dipping.

Nice simple instructable! Gotta say: your title pic fooled me for a second: I saw it & thought, "Wait a minute, even I know cucumbers don't go in hummus!" The I realized it were showing presentation/serving of the finished hummus, not a preparation step. :)

LOL, I actually know a few people who would probably think blending in cucumber would be delicious. Me not so much. ;)
