Yes, a dream coming true. You wont need to invest money into expensive machines. Just follow this easy instructable and you'll get a tasty and creamy ice cream.

Ingredients (makes 1 kg of ice cream):

500 ml heavy cream
3 whole large eggs
100 g sugar
3 tbsp espresso coffee
10 g instant coffee powder

Step 1: Make It

Prepare a cup of strong espresso and put it in the freezer to chill.
Meanwhile separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk yolks and sugar until creamy. Whip up the whites and in a separate bowl whip up the cream.
Combine whipped cream, whites, yolks cream, espresso and instant coffee powder. Gently fold all the ingredients together until you get a cream.
Put in the freezer for at least 3 hours

Step 2: Eat It

Take it out the freezer. Scoop it out and enjoy!

    The raw eggs part is a bit unnerving, but as long as you use fresh eggs and wash them thoroughly before cracking them, it should be fine. Thanks! I'll have to try this! :)
