Introduction: Hot Ground Meat Cake With Goat Cheese & Ham Cubes Recipe
Ingredients:
1000g ground meat
200g goat cheese
150g sundried tomatoes
100g ham cubes
100g olives
100g jalapeno
1,5 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
Step 1: Preparation
Scatter salt, pepper, oregano & thyme to the meat and mix everything together. Cut the jalapenos, sundried tomatoes & the olives in pieces. Crumble the goat cheese in a bowl and add, jalapeno, tomatoe & olive pieces. Mix everything together. Now grab a oven spring form and place the half of the meat in the form. Place the goat cheese on it and place the rest from the meat on it. Place the ham cubes on top.
Step 2: Finish
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
