Introduction: Hot Stuffed Carli With Feta, Olive & Meatballs Recipe



500g Minced meat

500g carli paprika

200g feta cheese

200ml cream

50g black olives

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Remove the stalks and the seeds from the paprika. Crumble the feta cheese and give it to the meat. Add salt & pepper. Cut the jalapenos and the black olives in small pieces give them in the bowl and mix everything together. Fill the carli paprika with this mix and form meatballs out of the rest from this mix. Place everthing on an oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.

Step 2: Finish

Scatter salt and pepper to the cream and mix it. After 20 minutes pour the cream on top an put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Now it is ready to serve with rice, noodles, potatoes or.... and enjoy. Look at my other work.
