Introduction: House Project Animation

How To Create A House And Animation

The only thing that you will need for this is 3DS Max

Step 1: Create Your House

First start by using the box tool to create your walls and floor. You may also be able to use the plane tool to create our floor but I use the box tool because when I create my furniture I use the placement tool to move my furniture around that when I move it around I can make sure that when I move it around I don't accidentally move the furniture up or down.

Step 2: Create Furniture, and Kitchen

When creating your furniture the box tool is going to be your best friend because a lot of objects are either going to start out with a rectangular prism or cube. You will have to use the box tool to create the kitchen counter, the bed in your bedroom, the couch in the living room, the refrigerator etc. Once You get that done then you can create your table using the cylinder tool then scaling it on its x axis to make it skinnier and more oval shaped, then you can use the cylinder tool to create the legs of the table. Then you can use your placement tool to sit the oval on top of the legs of the table. Then you can highlight all the components of the table and move it in to the kitchen/dining room.

Step 3: Create Your Bathroom

You should space to create a bathroom in your house. If do not have any space in your house then you will have to build your bathroom off the side of the house. First you will need to create the walls for privacy. Once you have your little room space you should start with the biggest item in the bathroom, so I started with the shower. To create the shower you should create a box inside the walls using the box creation tool. The you will have to create another box but smaller to fit inside the box. You want to click on the piece that you want to be your shower. Then you want to look up at the tab bar on above the shape tool where it says standard primitives, Then you click on it and then click on compound objects. Next click on Boolean, then click add operands, then you select the box inside the shower. Then on the bottom you want to click subtract. Do the same process to create your holes for your sink. Then You also should create your toilet. For the toilet i used a sphere and scaled it down on its y axis. then I used a rectangle to cover half of the oval shaped sphere.

Step 4: Create Your Bedroom

When starting your bedroom, you should start to map where your bed is going to be first. Once you find out where that is going to be you can create you bed using the box tool. Then you can make the pillows to go on top. Next you should think about what other items might be inside of a bedroom, so I added a desk. You also could put in a wardrobe if you would like. Whatever you would think would go inside a bedroom you should add.

Step 5: Create Your Living Room

Lastly we have to create the living room. All you need for your living room is a TV and couch. You can create your couch using the box tool, You also can use the box tool for your TV. You also need like a little entertainment center for you to sit your TV on.
