Easy Beany Party Hummus Dip

This hummus serves well at any occasion. We had a party and instead of putting supermarket readymades on the table, I put some cupboard ingredients together to make this black bean hummus.

Just add the following ingredients (to taste) and blend:

* a can of black beans

* lime juice

* kumin seeds

* sesame seeds

* Spanish sweet pepper: pimenton

* Mexican hot pepper: chipotle

* some ginger

* sundried tomatoes

* salt & pepper

Thats it!

Perfect dip for fresh veggies or combined with grilled peppers on a toast.
