How Does Your Garden Grow?

This is a baby blanket that I made for my best friend. She had twin girls so I made two of them. This is a pattern from a book by the American School of Needlework called A Garden of Baby Afghans. You can find it for sale at http://www.countryyarns.com/asn001.htm.

I used two each of Caron (www.caron.com) Simply Soft yarn in Sage, Orchid, and New White. I crocheted them with a Size G hook. This is not the easiest baby blanket to make because you have to change colors so much and then do a lot of finishing but the end project is definitely worth it!

I liked this blanket so much that I am planning to make one for myself once I found out what the gender of my new baby is. I can't wait to get started!
