How to Charge a Lipo Battery

Step 1:

First off, sorry I haven't been posting in a while, I've been busy. Now for the instructable! To start you need a battery charger that can charge lipos. I'm using a venom stronghold charger, it's a multi chemistry, DC powered charger

Step 2:

Now determine the power o your lipo, in my case it's a 4 cell, 6.7 amp battery, i charge mine at 1c. This means tht I charge at6.7 amps. Some battery's can take upwards of 4c, so 4 time the normal amperage.

Step 3:

I want to add something to step 2, always keep your lipos in a cool, dry, and safe place, I keep my lipos in a charging bag, then I store them in an ammo box. I put a sock with rice I. The ammo box to catch moisture in the box too.

Step 4:

Now it's time to plug the charger into the power supply. I'm using car batteries in series .

Step 5:

Now time to select lipo charging, select which kind of charging, I recommend balance charging. Then select the corresponding values that apply to your battery

Now plug in the battery
