How to Draw Stick Fairies

This is a good way to amuse small girls. They can learn how to draw fairies and usually even the most artistically challenged people can do this. I believe this would be good for face painters because the more cartoonish style will amuse most children. I spend nights babysitting young girls that always want me to give them "tattoos" with face paint and they enjoy these little fairies.

I made the pictures on my computer so they look vaguely weird but these also these always look better smaller. :D

Step 1: Step 1

You need to start with a heart. This will be the wings. Make this heart whatever color you want the wings to be.

Now draw a oval shape with a triangle bottom. This will be her dress. The triangle bottom is not shown.

Step 2: Step 2:

Now draw her legs and arms. Add a wand in her hand and a circle for her head.

Step 3: Step 3:

Add her hair. I put her hair in a bun but you can make her hair go free. For her bangs, I made little swirls and brought them down her face. Add a circle for the bun.

Step 4: Step 4:

Add her facial features. Big eyes, little nose and red lips.
