How to Lock You Kayak

Loop kayak at one end.

Step 1: Other Side

Loop other end of kayak.

Step 2: Around the Rack

Wrap it around the roof rack.... Or a safe stationary location.

Image is purely for show. Make sure it can't come off of rack.

Step 3: Slip

Slip the long end threw the other loop.

Step 4: Car Loop

Grab an inexpensive door loop and pick a spot to lock it down. Clip It on and away you go...

Not sure what the TRUNK piece is made of, but it looks like rubber. I
could just cut through that and un thred the kayak couldn't i?

Its a Rhino Lock Pro its woven steel and Kevlar molded into a steel puck. then pressed flat and coated in poly... Things a tank. my bolt cutters won't cut threw it... You'd need a glinder or something... You'd be better off cutting the cable honestly and even that was a pain in the butt to cut...
