Materials
Bathroom dresser or armoire
Fencing wire
Staple gun
Boards for shelves
Screws to attach shelves

Find a old bathroom dresser. It must he fairly large to house a Chinchilla.
Step 2:
Take all the shelves out. You might wanna leave the top one in.
Step 3:
Make a diameter around the outside of each of the doors. You will staple the wire to the inside of the doors.
Step 4:
Cut along the perimeter. Then take the doors off and begin stapling the wire to the inside of the door.
Step 5:
Wile you have the doors off add shelves. Make a square in the top leavel for the chin to get up to the top level.
Step 6:
Put the doors back on. And add a lock so chin can't get out.
Step 7:
You are done! Modify so you can add hay rack, water bottle and food bowl.

In response to @Silverflash22 and @chinchillaluver13, you should use very fine sandpaper all around the inside to take the lacquer off and make it safe for Chinchillas :)

Hey man I own a chinchilla and made a little shelf and I was super interested in this! But I don't think it's the best idea... The original wood on the dresser is coated something and or could be a harmful wood to chins. And other animals! I just have safety concerns they love to chew everything!
