Introduction: How to Make a Kydex Knife Sheath

Step 1:

First you need to mark out how much kydex you need

Step 2:

You then need to cut the kydex, I cut it with a hacksaw

Step 3:

You then need to drill holes for the rivets or eyelets

Step 4:

You then need to insert the eyelets or rivets( whichever one you are useing)

Step 5:

Then you need to take a heat gun or hair dryer and heat the kydex and when it starts to get floppy you insert the knife

Step 6:

You then put it in a jig. The jig is pretty self explanatory.

Step 7:

You then shape it with a bench grinder and you can cut off the big pieces with a hacksaw, you can then add a bevel with a belt sander.

Step 8:

This is a neck knife so I added an eyelet for the string

Step 9:

And now your sheath is done! Feel free to comment.
