How to Make a Retainer Out of Bay Bel Cheese

Materials Bay bel cheese

Step 1: Beginning

Unwrap the cheese and open it normally and take the two halfs and fold them

Step 2: Putting It In

Put the retainer in with the round side facing away from you and push it to the top with your thumb and then wear it when ever you want;))) FYI this does not fix crooked teeth you need a real retainer for that;) you can put it in freezer if you want it hardened
