Step 1: Gather Your Materials

For this you will need
•a tin can
• some kitchen scissors
• tissues
• dremel with mandrel
• can opener

Step 2: Clean Out the Can

For this take paper towels or tissues and water to clean out the can

Step 3: Cutting the Can

Take ur cutting tools and cut out the bottom
BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DONT CUT YOURSELF!!!!! I thought that would be self explanatory but I will still say it

Step 4: Cutting Out the Circle

Cut out the inner circle

I don't think this is the best version of a cut-off wheel. I've seen suggestions to use old cut-off wheels from angle grinders and shape them into circles but that's tricky although using the "dressing stone" probably helps. But making a metal disc and expecting it to cut through metal? No thanks, count me out.
