Today, I will show you how to make a gun that shoots barbeque skewers, BB's, Small beads, Basically anything that fits.

You need
  • (1) Roll of tape
  • (2) Rubber bands
  • (2) Pens
  • (1) Mechanical pencil
  • (Lots) Barbeque skewers

Step 1: Disassembly

Dissasembly
Step 1:
Disassemble the mechanical pencil completely as shown in (Picture 1).
Step 2: Disassemble the two pens completely as shown in (Picture 1).
Step 3: Save the "Clicky part" of the mechanical pencil, the clear (in this case) tube from the mechanical pencil, the tube from each pen, and one of the cone shaped ends of one of the pens.

Step 2: Assembling the Body

Assembling the body
Step 1: Tape both pen tubes together until secure (Picture 1).
Step 2: (Optional) Put the cone shaped piece on the end of the barrel where the ammo will be shot out. This makes the gun look a little more put together and makes barbecue skewers shoot more accurately. This can be removed when shooting bigger items (Picture 2).
Step 3: Tape the cap to the body about 3/4 of the way up the barrel from where the ammo will be shot out  (Picture 3).
Step 4: Tape the mechanical pencil tube to the cap of the pen (Picture 4)

Step 3: Assembling the Shooting Mechanism

Assembling the shooting mechanism
Step 1: Girth hitch the rubber band about 1/4 of the way up the barrel from where the ammo is shot out (Picture 1).
Step 2: Tighten the hitch, then, use your second rubber band to twist around the girth hitched band and hold it secure (Picture 2).
Step 3: Cut slots in the "Clicky mechanism" of the mechanical pencil (Picture 3).
Step 4: Put the rubber band in the slots and use this to pull back and fire the gun (Picture 4).
