How To-Paper Mache Like a Pro (2-6 Days Span)

(NOT WHAT WE WILL BE MAKING) wondering how to make paper mache-without it falling apart? Hi. This is your helpful instructable. and thank you, for choosing this one, when there are sooooo many others. :)

Supplies

Newspaper
Cardboard (optional)
colored paper/tissue paper (optional for color)
plastic cups (optional)
anything to make a base, really.
painters tape
hot glue, if needed.
scissors (optional)
PAPER MACHE (add water)

Step 1: Base

Methods: Crumple, twist, fold. build a base for what you want. some examples are above. when your done, rip up some newspaper. its about to get messy.

Step 2: Mache

get your hands messy, and coat your base in mache. now layer the paper shreds onto the base, leaving NO SURFACE OF THE BASE. great, your halfway there!

Step 3: Color (optional)

Just like the previous step, shred your colors. apply them like with the newspaper, but you can do as much or as little layers as you like. Let dry, and boom! you have something beautiful. :D have fun!
