Intro: How to Split
STEP 1: Stretches
To make sure you don't hurt your self always stretch your legs and upper thighs.
STEP 2: Get Ready
Take your starting position so it's easier for the next step.
STEP 3: Lunge
Go down only a little.
STEP 4: Kneel
Put second leg on ground.
STEP 5: Lower and Split
Straighten your legs then lower yourself. It doesn't come right to you, but practice makes perfect.
