Step 1: Download HyperCam 2

1. Copy and Paste this link in your web browser

  • http://download.cnet.com/HyperCam/3000-13633_4-100...

2. Download Hyper Cam 2

Step 2: Open HyperCam 2

Windows 7 or Earlier

1. Method #1 : Start Menu

  • Go to the Start Menu
  • Double Click on the icon to open it

2. Method #2 : Desktop

  • Go to your Desktop
  • Double Click on the icon to open it

Windows 8 or 8.1

1. Method#1 : Side Bar

  • Open the Side Bar
  • Click on Search
  • Type in HyperCam 2
  • Click on the program to open it

2. Method #2 : Start Menu

  • Go to the Start Menu
  • Click on the downward arrow in the bottom left corner
  • Type HyperCam 2 in the seach box
  • Click on the program to open it
  • Instead of searching you can also scroll over until you find the program

3. Method #3 : Desktop

  • Go to your Desktop
  • Double Click on the icon to open it

Step 3: Screen Area Tab

1. Go to the Screen Area tab

a) Select if you want to Show a rectangle around the recorded area

b) Select if you want to make this rectangle blink

c) Select if you want to Leave HyperCam Window Opened, Iconize HyperCam Window to the Task Bar or Hide HyperCam Window

Step 4: Press Start Record

1. Press the Start Record button

  • HyperCam 2 will begin taking a video of your computer screen

Step 5: Open Recorded Video

1. Go to documents on your computer

2. Scroll all the way down

  • Any videos you have recorded with HyperCam 2 should be at the very bottom of the list
