first u draw 2 circles that over lap eachother.

Step 2: Fuzz

draw a spikey circle near the eyes

Step 3: Mouth

draw a big mouth not far from the eyes

Step 4: Outline

outline the body and eyes in sharpie but don't outline the mouth

Step 5: Outline (Mouth)

Outline the mouth in sharpie and then color it in

Step 6: COLOR!!!!!

color the body any shade of blue.Enjoy after! !
