Introduction: How to Install 2011-16 Ford F250 27W LED Fog Light Assembly

About: Everything about automotive LED lights

This tutorial will show you how to put together the LED fog light with mounting brackets for the 2011-2016 Ford F250, F350, and F450 for installation.

Note that in the picture of the rear-side bezel above that there is a noticeable cut in the frame. This is brought to us from the manufacturer so that the LED fog light will have clearance to be mounted.

Step 1: Assemble the Holding Brackets to the LED Fog Light.

Thread the shorter bolt through the U-shaped metal piece. Align the U-shaped metal piece with the holes of the LED fog light. Run the longer bolt through and secure with a spring washer and nut.

Step 2: Secure the U-shaped Bracket Through the Longer End.

Screw in a spring washer and nut. Make sure the U-shaped bracket is secured by the very top of the gap.

Step 3: Tighten the Nut Securing the Metal Piece and the Pod Light Together.

Only tighten it enough so that you can still turn the metal piece over.

Step 4: Run the Wire End Through the Gap in the Chassis and the Bolted End Though the Smaller Hole by the Gap.

Step 5: Insert the Foglamp Bezel Cover Onto the Rear-side Bezel Through the Holes.

Secure the two bezels with the included hardware.

Step 6: Install Your LED Fog Light Assembly.

Installation is simply a direct replacement process. Remove your stock fog bezel and replace it with your LED fog light assembly. Secure using the factory hardware.

Connect the wires to your existing fog light harness or the included relay wiring harness with on/off switch.

Test to make sure your LED fog lights light up. Once they do, you can now enjoy your Ford F-250's new set of LED fog lamps!
