Step 1: Locate Your Camel

Camels can be found in the following:

Gobi Desert in China

Bactrian Steppes of Mongoli

So book a plane ticket and wander around until you encounter a wild camel.

Step 2: Lure Your Camel

Hold out one handful of grass/grains/wheat/oats and wait until a camel comes to you (Tip: Should take around 2-126 minutes, if it takes longer: find a new camel and try again).

Feed your camel.

Try to avoid getting your fingers bitten off (it's not very fun), to do this move your fingers out of the camel's mouth before it bites you.

Step 3: Tame Your Camel

Do the how-to train your dragon hand thing:

Stick your hand out, palm and fingers spread, facing down at the height of the camel's head.

Wait a few minutes to hours until the camel touches their head to your palm.

Step 4: Greet Your Camel

Camels like to be treated like humans, greet them with the same respect that you would a stranger.

Introduce yourself to your camel and be polite - Example, "Hello, my name is Jeffrey. How are you today?

Don't hold out your hand for a handshake, it's offensive.

extra points:

  1. Compliment your camel - Example, "What lovely smelling breath you have."
  2. Meet your camels family

TIP: if your camel doesn't reciprocate feeling's go back to step 1

Step 5: Respect Your Camel

Educate yourself on camel culture and remember not to criticise your camel for spitting on you, it makes them insecure.

Step 6: Entertain Your Camel

Camels get bored easily. Here are some ways you can make them less bored.

1. Give them grass

2.Give them oats

3.Give them grains

4.Give them wheat

Step 7: Befriend Your Camel

Learn what makes your camel unique and their own personality. Remember to show your camel love and appreciation. Laugh with your camel. Cry with your camel. Gossip with your camel. Eventually, die with your camel.
