very good and informative. just a couple of notes, on the 20 lb propane bottol alway open it all the way . this type of valve tends to leak if you don't.. but you did a very good job. gary.918
If you look up Hilsch tube technology, you will see the hotter gas will spin closer to the walls, letting the cooler gas flow out the central hole. SO, necking the exit holes actually holds the heat in, so long as you have a good spin to the gases.
