How to make a lab magnetic stirrer with a motor from a CD-DVD drive unit, a hard disk drive magnet and some esay materials like wood, a switch, jack connector, etc.

I thought I was being smart and used heat to melt the glue and remove the magnets from the hard drive.. Apparently high heat causes demagnitization. Live and learn
