How to Build a Simple Drill

If you just need to drill something small like a few popsicle sticks, but you don't want to spend money on one, why not make a simple hand powered drill?

Step 1: What You Will Need:

1. A paper clip (the kind without a rubber coating)
2. Wire cutters

Step 2: Making the Drill

Bend the paper clip as shown so that you have a long part sticking out from the main body. Cut the top part of the long part off at an angle, forming a sharp edge. After this, you're done. Hold the paper clip down low on the long part and twist it back and forth to start drilling.
