Intro: How to Catch Pokemon Made Easy

In this instrucable i will show you how to catch pokemon, this pertains in almost all genertions. Especially of shinnoh. All you need is your game cartage (probably GBA or NDS/NDSi) and the Console.

STEP 1: Tis' Battle or Not?

Okay so you will need one or more pokeballs or types of pokeballs.
A pokemon. (Probably a pokemon at a higher lv. than the one your catching)
Pokeball Tip;
Some pokemon are harder or impossible to catch using some types of pokeballs. If you know that you wanna catch a buizel, then use a net, dive, ultra, quick ball to make it easier. Quick balls are used at the start of the battle, so if you wanna catch that weak pokemon in a snap, use a quickball!

STEP 2: LUCARIO! Aura Sphere!

Go to the area of the pokemon you want. Probably a grassy area or the area of dirt that pokemon can attack you. Another area would be in water. As you see in the picture, LUCARIO is 7lvs higher than BUIZEL. Thus, it can lead to an advantage. After you lower the pokemon, throw a pokeball. Once the pokeball stops shaking, and it turns grayish, you have caught the pokemon!(happens in 4th Gen) After this, you can name him/her.

STEP 3: Condition Moves

 There are many "special" moves that can do differnet "conditons" & other moves that can make it easier to lower the target's HP. Not all pokemon can learn ALL moves and some are TMs. You shouldn't hope your bidoof will learn Aura beam or other powerful moves. I will list some exapmles:
Paralysis-Electric-Paralyzes the opponent or/and reduses speed
Poison-Poison-Causes Stat effects and hurts the offonent in every turn.
Sleep-Physic-Puts the Opponent to sleep for 1-8 turns
Confusion-Physic & normal-Gives the opponent s 50% chance of attacking itself and lasts for up to 4 turns
5/5 Moves-all-Many moves that's pp are 5/5 are very "special" or powerful.
False swipe- physic-Usually leaves opponent with1hp. USEFUL TO CATCH POKEMON!!

STEP 4: Good Luck Starts at the Smile

Zapdos probably cant be caught with Ultra Balls. Try other types.
