How to Construct the Letters "E" and "M" Out of PVC

Materials:

*all pipes are .5" in diameter*

For PVC letter "E"

2x 90 degree connectors 
1x Tee connector

2x 9.5" pipes
1x 8.5" pipes
2x 6" pipes

*left picture is letter "M", right picture is letter "E"*


For PVC letter "M"

3x 90 degree connectors

2x 6" pipes
2x 3" pipes

Step 1: For Constructing Letter "E": Step 1

Insert one of the 2 90 degree connectors into one of the 9.5" pipes.

Step 2: Step 2

Insert one of the 6" pipes into the open outlet of the 90 degree connector.

Step 3: Step 3

Connect the Tee connector into the 6" pipe used to connect the first 90 degree connector.

Step 4: Step 4

Insert the 8.5" pipe into the top outlet of the Tee connector  

Step 5: Step 5

Connect the other 6" pipe into the open end of the Tee connector.

Step 6: Step 6

Connect the last 90 degree connector to the end of the 6" pipe and to the last 9.5" pipe.

Step 7: Constructing the Letter "M": Step 1

Insert one of the 90 degree connectors into a 6" pipe

Step 8: Step 2

Insert both 3" pipes into a 90 degree connector. Then insert one of the 3" pipes into the open end of the first 90 degree connector used.

Step 9: Step 3

Insert the last 90 degree connector into the end of the 3" pipe and connect the other open end of the connector to the last 6" pipe.
