Introduction: How to Cook Jajangmyeon #HMS2018
This intractable is all about cooking Korean jajangmyeon. There are many out there, but this is just my own recipe. I hope you enjoy!
Step 1: Ingredients
-some kind of meat
-black bean paste
-Asian style noodles
Step 2: Step 1: Vegetables
Cut cucumber in half and slice into little strips. Set aside and dice all other vegetables and set aside as well. Then crush the garlic and put it in a bowl.
Step 3: Step 2: the Pork
Season the pork with salt and pepper. After that add a teaspoon of oil to a pan and add the beef to brown it. After it is browned add in the garlic. When it's ready, put it in a bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Step 3: the Sauce
Add 5 teaspoons of the black bean sauce in a bowl. Then add 2 teaspoons of sugar and a teaspoon of oyster sauce. Set aside as well. Heat up your chicken broth and set aside in a bowl.
Step 5: Step 4: the Noodles
For the noodles, you want to take the noodles to a pot of boiling water and mix so they become soft. You will know when they are finished when they rise to the top. Do not over cook them.
Step 6: Step 5: Cooking the Meat and Vegetables
First, dump all of your vegetables into a pan with the oil that was left from the pork. Cook them for about 5 minutes. After they're done, add the pork to the vegetables. Once you're done with that then just add the black bean sauce and mix well. Once they are all mixed together, add the chicken broth to make the sauce watery. After this, take 1/2 a teaspoon of corn starch and a teaspoon of water and mix it. Then pour it into the sauce to thicken it up.
Step 7: Step 6: Finishing Touches
Cover your noodles with your sauce. Then take the cucumbers and neatly stack them on top of the sauce. Mix the noodles with the sauce and you're ready to eat!
