You Will Need Rubber bands, "S" Hooks, and your Fingers!

Step 1: When Putting on Your First Band, You Have to Do a "Figure 8"

Step 2: When Putting on the Next Band, Don't Do a Figure 8. Just Simply Place It There.

Step 3: Fold the Bottom Band Over

Step 4: Get Another Band, Then Repeat Step 3-4 Until Reached Your Desired Length.

Step 5: PERFECT!!!
