How to Do a Headstand

Step 1: Put Your Hands and Head on the Ground

Step 2: Put Your Knees on Your Elbows

Step 3: Slowly Lift Your Legs Up Into the Air

Step 4: This Takes a Lot of Practice and Balance, So Don't Be Frustrated If You Don't Get It on the First Try. Just Remember, Practice Makes Perfect!!
