Today i will show you how to draw the Instructable's robot. It will take approximatly 45 minutes.

Supplies

You will need:

Colored pencils (black , yellow, orange and grey)
Pencil
A sharpener (if needed)
An eraser (for little mistakes : )
Scissors
A white sheet of paper
And a ruler

Step 1: Measuring and Cutting

You need to measure the paper with your ruler to make an 17 x 10 cm rectangle of paper. After that, you need to cut-it, be carefull to cut on the lines.

Step 2: Make the Head

Next, make a square, but without the bottom line. It will be the head. Next add a curved segment with a little circle in side, but it dont need that the line go trought it, like on the pictures. After that, make very small semi circle on the opposite. Finaly, draw the antenna from the middle of the circles.

Step 3: The Trunk

Make a square with curved edges with diagonally curved bottom under the head. After that, draw a seccond line under the trunk. Next, make an irregular rectangle with a line inside to separe it in two irregular half. Finaly, add three little circles with an semi circle inside, to make a 3D button.

Step 4: Arms and Details

First, draw two circles in the head, with a circle inside each one. After that, make a line above and another bellow.Next, make 5 little dots in the lines bellow the trunk. Next, make 2 other curved lines on each sides of the trunk, with a line bellow that relate to the body. Next, make 3 little bump on each sides of the arms. Finaly, draw 2 lines in each of the arms.

Step 5: Legs and Wheels

Draw 2 lines on each sides of the bottom of the robot, with the bottom is closed by a medium circle like in the pictures. Make 2 lines in each legs with a small gap between them. From a bit higher than these 2 lines, make a curved line in each legs. In the wheels, make like with the button, a circle with a semi circle inside.

Step 6: Relining

With the black pencil, reline what you had draw with the pencil. After, in the smal line, draw the interior in black, like in the pictures (arms + legs). On the curved lines of the legs, draw to make shadow, like on the pictures.

Step 7: Coloring

In the places shown by the photo, color in orange and color after that in yellow to make the good shade. Color the biggest circle of the eyes and the circle of the antennas in red. Finaly, draw the biggest circle of the wheel in grey
