STEP 2: Dry
First, remember that you have to keep your feet dry. After a shower, dry your feet throughly with a towel. Don't forget in between the toes!
STEP 3: Vinegar
After every shower, dip a cotton swab in vinegar and brush your entire foot with vinegar. Let dry. If you have foot fungus on both feet, brush both! Another way is to pour a mixture of 5/6 vinegar and 1/6 water into a basin and soak your feet in it for 5 minutes.
STEP 4: Remember
Don't forget to keep your feet clean and dry. This is the most important thing. Good Luck and don't forget to comment and rate!

Hey, i'm fighting
with this problem since i'm 12 years old, it makes me sick.. everytime I go
to a public swimming pool or take a shower in my dance center I can be sure
to get a new fungus! Now I found something that seems to support the cure,
well of course I use the typical clotremazol creme my doc prescribes, but i
am now also using shoe inserts of cedar wood to support the curing process
and i am well surprised! I have dry feet using them and seems like they have
a natural antibacterial effect (i read a bit about it) so it's a good thing i
think! Hope i could help!

After an incorrect diagnosis, I had to have a scraping done with a microbiologist to diagnose it, and an oral dose of anti-fungals.
He told me that vinegar feeds the fungus, and if you think about how it is made, you will realise.
Fermentation.. fermentation.. fermentation
If you have tinea/athlete's foot/foot fungus, get it diagnosed, and hopefully if you have a tough liver, your doc will prescribe the anti-fungals..
SO PLEASE CHECK OUT THE FACTS BEFORE YOU LEAD PEOPLE UP THE GARDEN PATH..
