2011-16 Ford F250 F350 40" Curved LED Light Bar Installation

This is iJDMTOY's brightest and longest LED light bar yet. At 42" long, it holds a whopping 80 diodes each rated at 30W which makes up 240W in total. While this LED light bar provides the best in utility, you trade off the factory tow hooks. Removing the tow hooks is only one step more than any of our other LED light bar installation guides, which won't seem like much when you consider that you will be installing the brightest LED light bar available today. With that being said, this is how to install the 240W double-row LED light bar.

Step 1: Remove the Bumper

Find the two bolts by the tow hook. Unscrew the two bolts on each side to release the bumper.

Step 2: Remove the Tow Hooks.

There are three bolts to unscrew off the chassis, which are depicted in the diagram.

Step 3: Cut Off Tow Hooks From the Bumper Bracket.

Use a smaller tooth handsaw or a power saw to cut off the tow hook loops.

Step 4: Reinstall the Bumper.

Fix the bumper bracket and bumper back in place. Line up the LED light bar mounting brackets and bolt them in.

Step 5: Mount the LED Light Bar Using a Nut and Bolt Combination.

The bolt secures the LED light bar to the bracket while the nut secure the bolt to the bracket.

Step 6: Connect the Wires to an Existing Harness to Power the LED Light Bar.

Step 7: Test the LED Light Bar to Make Sure the Wiring Was Done Correctly.
