How to Jailbreak Firmware 3.0 (iPod Touch/ IPhone)

This is my first Instructable! I will show you how to jailbreak your iPod on the new firmware 3.0!
ON WINDOWS!

It works with:
iPod Touch 1g
iPod Touch 2g
iPhone 1g

Step 1: Getting the Files!

You need a program called Redsn0w first!

Get redsn0w from: http://rapidshare.com/files/247343888/redsn0w-win_0.7.2.zip

Old Versions

0.7.1 - http://rapidshare.com/files/246588466/redsn0w-win_0.7.1.zip

Step 2: Putting the Files Together!

Now you need to extract your redsn0w zip file into a folder called redsn0w.
Then copy you 3.0 firmware.ipsw from:
C:\Users\*USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates
to your redsn0w folder.

Step 3: Finished!!

Now just open redsn0w.exe and do what it says! You will have to put your iPod into DFU mode and it will show you how. You are now jailbroken on firmware 3.0! It will have Cydia on your springboard now:

Ok so I have jailbroken my touch 2gen before. If I upgrade to 3.0 firmware, do I have to jailbreak it with this version, the version I've used before, or will it stay on when I upgrade?
