Intro: How to Make a Scrambled Egg Sandwich

How to make a Awesome Scrambled egg sandwich using any kind of bread you wish ;) Hope you enjoy.

STEP 1: What You Need

For 1 sandwich you need:

2 Eggs

Butter

2 Slices of bread (I used pumpernickel it made the best sandwich ever)

Pan

Spatula

STEP 2:

First turn on the stove & cut a thin slice of butter and put it on the pan. Wait for it to melt then crack your eggs on to the pan. Scramble, scrape, turn, & flip your eggs then wait for about 1 minute and flip again. When it is close to done it should look more dry (like in picture 2)

STEP 3:

Now scoop the eggs out of the pan and place them on the bread. Put the last slice of bread on top and you are done. I hope you love this recipe & don't forget to vote.

I made myself a great bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich yesterday. I have to say I like my sandwich eggs over easy. I like the yoke runny, but I break it before I put the sandwich together. That way it doesn't squirt all over the place on me.
