This is my take on Bacon Sushi

Crab Meat

Bokchoy leafs

Boudain

eggs

Portobello mushrooms

Colby jack cheese

Chives

Andouille Sausage.

Cooked and drained Chorizo ( mexcain)Sausage

Tortilla chips

Mix Chorizo, eggs, a hand full of crushed tortilla chips and Boudain together and made a small roll the lenght of the bacon. Next place items as seen below big tip, wrap the crab meat on the bok choy leaves, so they doing lose the flavor.

smoke for 3 hours at 225degree and every 3o mins use your favotire BBq to make a glaze on it

Step 4: Finishing Touch

When done crush chips on top
