Introduction: How to Make Bicycle Security Alarm Circuit

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make a circuit of bicycle security alarm circuit.when any body will touch bike then buzzer will activate and give sound.

Let's get started,

Step 1: Take All Components As Shown Below

Components required -

(1.) LED - 3V x1

(2.) 8-Pin IC Base x1

(3.) IC - LM555 x1

(4.) Resistor - 10K x1

(5.) Resistor - 470 ohm x1

(6.) Battery - 9V x1

(7.) Capacitor - 16V 470uf x1

(8.) Buzzer x1

(9.) Metal surface

(10.) Battery clipper x1

Step 2: Circuit Diagram

Connect all components on the PCB according to the circuit diagram.

Step 3: Solder IC Base on the PCB Board

Solder IC Base on the PCB Board and short pin-4 to pin-8 as shorted in the PCB.

Step 4: Solder 10K Resistor

Next we have to solder 10K resistor between pin-6,7 to pin-4,8 of the IC base.

Step 5: Solder 16V 470uf Capacitor

Solder 16V 470uf capacitor on the pcb board.

Solder +ve pin of capacitor to pin-2 of the IC and

-ve pin of capacitor to pin-1 of IC base.

Step 6: Solder 470 Ohm Resistor

Now solder 470 ohm resistor to pin-3.

Step 7: Solder LED

Next solder +ve leg of LED to 470 ohm resistor and

-ve leg of LED to pin-1 of the IC.

Step 8: Connect Buzzer

Solder +ve pin of buzzer to pin-3 and

-ve pin of Buzzer to pin-1 of the IC.

Step 9: Solder Metal Wire

Next solder metal wire to pin-2 of the IC.

Step 10: Solder Battery Clipper Wire

Now solder battery clipper wire to the circuit.

Solder +ve wire of Battery clipper to pin-8 of the IC and

-ve wire of Battery clipper to pin-1 of the IC as circuit diagram.

and plug in LM555 IC to it's ic base.

Step 11: Circuit Is Ready

Connect battery to the battery clipper.

Result : As you can see in the picture when I touch on the metal surface then LED is glowing and Buzzer gives sound.Like this when someone will touch on the bike then buzzer will give sound.

~ This type we can make bike security alarm circuit using LM555 IC.
