You said it takes about 2 hours to set. How much of that time can you actually work before it starts to stiffen up? If you work it too long, does it tend to break?

Yes, it takes about 2-2.5 hours to set. We need to work fast with this clay. It starts stiffening up in about 10-15 minutes, and breaks. Unfortunately, adding water doesn't help either ? hope this helps. Thanks for watching my video ?
