How to Make Glowing Ghost Jugs - Easy DIY Halloween Decorations

When you're a kid it's never to early to make halloween decorations. And it's even better when you can recycle items around the house ;-) We made these glowing ghosts from empty water jugs, but milk jugs will work just as well. Put them on your porch to light the way for little goblins or display them as party decor.

ITEMS NEEDED:

Empty water or milk jug
Scissors
Glow-in-the-Dark Mod Podge (Jugs glow for minutes after exposed to bright light).
Black paint OR sharpie marker
Battery operated tea light (Tuck these inside and when the glow fades turn them on to light the way).
